1. Booking & Payment
A signed agreement and non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your event date.
• A 50% non-refundable retainer is due at booking
• Remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event
• Bookings are not confirmed until payment and agreement are received
• Late balances may result in cancellation of services without refund
2. Rental Period
Rental pricing includes use of items for the timeframe listed in the booking confirmation. Extended rental time, delayed pickup access, or late event changes may result in additional fees.
3. Incidentals & Damage Responsibility
Client assumes responsibility for all rental inventory during the rental period, including carts, floral installations, signage, vessels, décor, and styling accessories.
Atelier Keaux reserves the right to charge for damaged, missing, excessively soiled, or improperly handled inventory. Replacement values are determined based on current market pricing and sourcing availability.
4. Floral & Styling Disclaimer
Floral and decorative installations are delicate in nature and intended for aesthetic use only. Clients and guests may not dismantle, lean on, move, climb on, or excessively handle installations or rental inventory.
5. Venue & Access Requirements
Client is responsible for securing venue approval, ensuring setup access, and providing accurate event timing. Additional fees may apply for stairs, excessive distance from loading areas, parking limitations, delayed entry, or last-minute schedule changes.
6. Outdoor & Weather Policy
For outdoor events, Client is responsible for providing adequate protection from rain, wind, moisture, and extreme heat. Atelier Keaux reserves the right to refuse setup or remove installations if conditions may damage inventory or create unsafe working conditions.
7. Cancellation Policy
All retainers are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event may transfer payments (excluding retainer) toward one future date within 90 days, subject to availability.
8. Photography Release
Atelier Keaux reserves the right to photograph rentals and styling details for portfolio, website, and marketing use unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event date.
9. Limitation of Liability
Atelier Keaux is not responsible for guest injuries, venue-related issues, weather interruptions, third-party vendor delays, or damages occurring after setup completion.
10. Agreement Acceptance
By submitting payment and completing booking, Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined within this Agreement.
